   • Definition, characteristics, and applications of computers.
   • Basic components of a computer system (hardware, software, etc.).
2. Operating System
   • Basic functions of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
   • File management, desktop management, and system settings.
3. Word Processing (Microsoft Word or equivalent)
   • Creating, editing, saving, and printing documents.
   • Formatting text, inserting tables, and using tools like spell-check.
4. Spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or equivalent)
   • Data entry, formatting, and basic calculations.
   • Using formulas, functions, and charts.
5. Presentation Software (Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent)
   • Creating and managing presentations.
   • Inserting multimedia, animations, and transitions.
6. Internet and Web Browsing
   • Introduction to the internet, browsers, and search engines.
   • Using emails, social media, and internet security concepts.
7. Digital Payments
   • Digital payment methods (UPI, credit/debit cards, online banking).
   • E-commerce and security precautions.

Eligibility:

• Prerequisites: Basic literacy is sufficient; no prior computer knowledge is required.
• Duration: Typically ranges from 80 to 100 hours (2-3 months, part-time).

Evaluation:

• Examination: Online multiple-choice questions (MCQ) exam.
• Certification: Upon successful completion, learners receive a CCC certificate, recognized as a basic computer proficiency qualification.
